nitrotech whey is something that u would recommend to all the bodybuilders.
I am a professional athlete and I have to workout at least 2 hours a day and post workout that includes weight training, cardio etc. and to keep up with protein needs that I require to build up my muscles I need sufficient protein for that i rely on nitrotech whey protein It helps me to build muscles and keep me high on my workout game. muscletech nitrotech help me to recover faster which helps me to do more reps which is not only great for muscle strength and stamina. It works great with water or milk you can even make smoothies using it add some apples, banana, peanut butter, yogurt or milk its amazing how versatile an ingredient can be. It has BCAA which help you with quick muscle recovery and least depletion of muscles. Although it works well both muscle gain and loss but i am using for bulking up.I have tried taking many different brand of whey protein but nitrotech protein powder I prefer.
